Deçue pour le prix payé! :( Les seuls points positifs ont été l'emplacement et l'accueil chaleureux. La chambre en tant que tel semblait malpropre. La douche ne tenait pas en place, pas de savon, serviette grise, climatiseur bruyant, mur et mobiliers tâchés. Nous sommes restées à peine une nuit par chance!

Bien sans plus chambre propre mais la première nuit une chambre la clé n’ouvrait pas une autre le coffre ne fonctionnait pas et pas de wifi dans aucune. De plus dommage de constater après le ménage que le paquet de m&m’s avait fait le bonheur de quelqu’un

Tres bon hotel ... MAIS....
Hotel, neuf, moderne avec une tres bonne équipe serviable, professionelle, souriante . Chambre propre, spacieuse, lit confortable, coffre de securite, Petit dej. correct( cafe the, pain, gateaux, fruits, jus, confitures, chinoiseries ) Buanderie: attention ne pas mettre + 5-7 polos sinon ca sechera jamais... MAIS...il ne faut surtout pas ouvrir sur le balcon de la chambre .Ca donne droit sur les egouts !!! Donc meme la tres belle piscine on ne peut s'en servir. Hotel pour 1 nuit c'est tout Dommage

Hotel dans le centre de phuket, proche de la station de bus pour l’aéroport. Je ne conseille pas le lieux pour les visites. Hotel mal insonorisé ( on entends les couloirs) Des problèmes pour fermer la porte de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

Bel hôtel
Cet hôtel fût le premier de notre escapade thailandaise. Bel hôtel avec une décoration moderne faite de noir et de blanc. La chambre dispose d'une literie vraiment confortable. Et le petit plus, la baignoire sur le balcon. Et aussi la chambre avait une enceinte de bonne qualité, géniale pour écouter sa musique le soir. Aussi nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le personnel est souriant et très à l'écoute.

L'hôtel est propre, le personnel est souriant et à l'écoute ! Les deux choses gênantes sont l'isolation des chambres et le l'odeur du fleuve qui est juste à côté de l hôtel

Accueil pas du tout aimable. Douche des chambres qui pue les egouts. chambre 602 en particulier. Dur d'y dormir. J'ai demande a changer de chambre, cela a ete refusé. L'hotel est a cote d un karaoke exterieur donc on entend la musique dans les chambre. On entend tot les bruit du couloir (ascenseur, pied, claquage de porte, mem le reveil des chambres voisines). Home not at all pleasant. Shower rooms stinking sewers. Room 602 in particular. Hard to sleep there. I request a room change, this was refused. The hotel is beside of a karaoke outside so you can hear the music in the room. We hear all the noise from the hallway (elevator, walk, door breakdown, even the alarm neighboring rooms).

Hotel design au coeur de Phuket Town
Hotel tout neuf,très jolie et design, placé au coeur de Phuket Town et non loin de Rassada Pier (départ des bateaux via les îles), je le recommande vivement.

Basic amenities like toothbrushes, towel were not provided and were available on chargeable basis that too above Maximum Retail Price. Staff was not welcoming and rude. The property felt cheap and left there were several places where cost cutting was done. The balcony experience was the worst as it was infront to open Sewage and balcony smelled so awful. The bathroom was also poorly ventilated

The room was good with a nice balcony and the main lobby area had the community feel of a hostel (good thing). Breakfast had plenty of options and there's fresh juice 24/7 available in the lobby. The things we didn't like: Floor in the room was dirty and needed to be swept, soaking tub on balcony didn't look super clean either so we didn't use it.

Leider nicht so sauber, aber wahrscheinlich der thailändische Standard. Waren 2 Nächte hier. Und ein komischer Geruch im Zimmer. Klima funktionierte einwandfrei. Allerdings war auch die schwächste Stufe nicht für die Nacht geeignet. Frühstück war um 9:30Uhr noch alles auf Vorrat und wurde nachgelegt.

Blu Monkey is a wonderful place to stay as a mainstay in the Phuket area. We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t have been happier! Monkey Desk: All the front desk attendants were so helpful in so many ways. We had little planned for activities but with their help, we were able to do so much more! They helped us in communicating with the tours, setting us up with taxi services, and gave us so many restaurant recommendations. One Chun was our favorite restaurant! If we ever come back to Phuket, we will make sure to stay at Blu Monkey again!

DO NOT stay at this hotel!
Absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in, in Thailand. The Room was not cleaned and did not smell good. The bathub was dirty, which was clear as when we filled it with water, the efter was all dark green. The Aircondition was broken. We had book 4 nights, but ended up checking out after just 1 night. When we asked for a refund due to the horrible room conditions, we were told that this was not possible. DO NOT stay at this hotel!!!

The hotel apologizes for the incident. The front office acknowledged that guests did not like the room. The customer did not mention about the air condition had a problem, Anyway the hotel could be offering the option to move rooms for the customer and offered and compansated to them in many optional but the customber choose to early checked out. So we could not refund because is non-refundable according to the agreement policy of the booking.

遠離主要道路，比較安靜，步行往商店亦不算遠，約10分鐘，不落雨會好一點。床和枕頭都好睡，房間主色是白色，空間感大。

Trendy branding masked the somewhat shoddy condition of my room. The toilet and shower are in a cramped room, and the wash basin is in the main room itself. Bed was stiff and the towels were frayed around the edges. Also didn't care for the black walls, which gave everything a gloomy appearance. But it was good enough for a night's rest. And the bus station is right on the opposite end of the parking lot.

Hotel looks well decorated and designed at first but the black and white paint schemes is horrible functionally. Half the room is painted black with a lack of lighting inside. There’s only about 3 pot lights in the ceiling and 2 lamps that I had to turn facing up just so it could bounce a little bit of light off the walls. I could barely see anything at night. One of my plugs wasn’t even next to my side of the bed which was irritating all week. And this is just about wall paint! First night there the toilet clogs. We tell front desk (staff are very nice) and they said they’ll get someone to fix it. We come back end of day still clogged. Didn’t bother that night and went in the morning, a new staff asked if we flushed toilet paper. Well okay that’s news to us sure guess we’ll throw them in the garbage (gross). This time they fixed it by the time we returned in the evening. Next day toilet clogs AGAIN. Was an absolute nightmare with this toilet. I’ll leave it at that. Breakfast was mediocre at best and also cold. Food tasted like it was made at 4am and left for 630-1030. Orange/apple juice was pure sugar. The pool was constantly occupied by large 5-8 person groups. The walls are thin and people will constantly slam their doors when they go in and out and it’ll sound like it was in your room. Basically if you need a room only (clean I will add), with no expectation on facilities and amenities go for it because the location is pretty good. But otherwise No thanks.
