Hotel offer free buggy ride around sunset town area which is nice you can call them to pick you up. Very cute hotel! Definitely matched the vibe of the entire town. Service was great and the room was updated and well cleaned. I only gave 4/5 stars for the pillows. The pillows were very thick and wasn’t very comfortable. However when we arrived we were informed the room we booked was not available due to the hotel being full. We specifically booked a balcony so we could see the show at new years eve. We were given a room without a balcony facing away from the show. To add insult to injury we had to change rooms the following day to the original room we booked. The cable car tickets booked by the hotel were not valid so we had to go back to the hotel to get new tickets. To be fair this issue was solved very quickly. The safe malfunctioned with our passports in so maintenence had to come and fix the problem. The hotel provided us with a free taxi to the airport as an apology for the problems we encountered. Overall experience was a bit Fawlty Towers but with better organisation it could be a really good hotel.
