Great views from oversized very private patio.UPDATED UNIT - FRESH & CLEAN!!! New floors, cabinetry, countertops, touchless kitchen faucet, spa-like shower/bath/toilets, lighting, including back lite mirrors in both baths.. 58" HD Flat Screen SMART TV in living area, flat screen in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Wireless High Speed available. Leather sectional couch and large leather ottoman. New beds in both bedrooms. Very private, tastefully decorated & fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo with and panoramic views of Red Rock and Four Peaks mountains. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed and one queen bed. Extra large private patio (full patio set including umbrella) facing desert and mountains. Pebble Tec Pool heated at 86 degrees from October throughout the winter, sauna and workout facility next to our condo building. New high efficiency washer and dryer in laundry room adjacent to kitchen.

Condo is equipped with central air-conditioning and heating.

Large private patio with excellent views. Fully equipped with all kitchen, bathing, bedding needs and pool towels, ready for full time or short-term renting needs.

Across the street from Desert Canyon Golf Course. Short, beautiful drive to Scottsdale restaurants and shopping - Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale. Minutes from Saquaro Lake, McDowell Casino, Eagle Mountain Golf, Sun Ridge Golf, WeKoPa Golf, Tonto Verde Golf and Firerock Golf. Just 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Condo is located in beautiful Fountain Hills, the City of Water Fountains and home of tallest fountain.

Disclaimer: There is a Utility charge from June to September for renters staying two weeks or longer that is determined by renter usage and will be charged through credit card on file in VRBO profile account of renter.

Really enjoyed my stay here while I was in Arizona for my 100-mile race. The place was nice, convenient to everything I needed, and exactly as described. Beautiful and peaceful accommodations

The photos displayed within Tim's VRBO listing are accurate. Everything within the condo is upscale, clean and well-maintained. Very peaceful environment. The views are spectacular and to be appreciated. The description should reflect that there are TWO master suites, both very comfortable. I will engage Tim again when back in the area to gain availability of this property. If you or anyone within your party has mobility issues, this is not the place for you. Please answer Tim's query regarding access issues as there are steps and slanted sidewalks. Otherwise, the property and neighbors are wonderful. Enjoy your stay and Tim's hospitality!

Great condo and location

Comfortable beds and furnishings with everything we needed. The two separate & private “suites” were perfect for us two couples. Peaceful view of the desert on the patio with our morning coffee etc. Very responsive host when needed. Everything we needed or wanted within a short drive or walk.

Fountain Hills Condo

The condo was very nicely located and convenient to all services and restaurants. Short couple minute drive to the fountain. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. A beautiful pool and great view of the mountains. The appliances were all like new and well maintained. A beautiful view from the patio. Only downside but not an issue for mobile folks is the 20 steps to the location. I would stay there again in a heart beat!
