I am renting out one bedroom of my own property - PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PROPERTY HAS TWO CATS. My cat’s breed is hypoallergenic; I haven't had issues with tenants with allergies but please be aware in case you do not like cats.  
  
This property is located in northeast Chandler near Mesa and Tempe. It's close to EVERYTHING: airport, downtown gilbert, downtown chandler, downtown Tempe and about 20 minutes from Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix. There is a pool area, and is very quiet and safe neighborhood.
