We came into town for Wedding. It was close to everything. Grocery is 5Min away, Botanical Gardens 8 min ( where the wedding venue was) Top golf about 15 min, shopping is close as well. The upstairs A/C was not cooling the upstairs for 5 nights with the interior temperature upstairs at 82 or higher. I contacted Vacasa Trip Manager on day 2\. I was told they would need to contact local staff to come check the A/C unit. On day 6 the A/C began cooling the upstairs although no one had contacted me and noone arrived to repair the A/C unit. The thermostats are new technology and perhaps accessible remotely however someone should have been in contact with me. Also, upon arrival the main floor patio door was unlocked, the front door needed a random, unfamiliar 10 digit code to gain entry every time and the Arizona door latch was gone so there was no way to lock the Arizona door. The beds were super comfy and the pool was amazing. The only negatives were some of the lights didn't work and we didn't have a code to use on the indoor garage door, so we had to walk around each time.
