Truly, Lee had thought of everything that a renter could need. Everything is labeled as to where it is in the kitchen, we didn’t need to buy a thing (except groceries). There is a binder of things to do in the area, restaurants, etc. The house itself is beautiful and clean. We felt so comfortable, we know we will rent again. Plus it’s super close to a hiking trail which was a perk. The beds were comfy, plenty of blankets, pillows etc. Laundry was easy to use. Lee was very communicative leading up to our trip and even while we were there. He needs to teach Vrbo classes on what a rental should look like and provide. You won’t be disappointed in staying here I promise. We came from Wisconsin for the sun and to relax and we got just that. We paid to have the pool heated and it was perfect. We loved the hot tub too! Pickleball court, ping pong table, pool table, darts, board games, cards, massage chair (I’m sure I’m missing something)! This house had it all! Private property was nice and quiet. We never heard any neighbors. Access to a private garage that’s connected to the house, also a circle driveway to park. WiFi worked great for whole family. We had such a great time, couldn’t recommend enough! The house is great and extremely well stocked and everything is labeled so you don't need to search for anything. We had a great experience. The pool and hot tub were so nice. There was so much for our kids to do with all the activities available. Place was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was super responsive and kind. Loved the size of the house. Looks just like the pictures. We especially enjoyed the back yard, The heater was a nice touch for the cold mornings/evenings. We were on the fence about having the pool heated. We chose not to. Turned out to be a great idea because some of the group enjoyed "cold plunges" in the mornings. If you like to hike, there are trails outside the door. I would definitely return in the future. The property was immaculate—clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything we could need in both the kitchen and bathrooms. There was so much to keep us entertained when we weren't out exploring: we enjoyed playing pickleball, relaxing in the hot tub, swimming in the pool, and taking the bikes out along the scenic bike path. Eric, our host, was extremely accessible and responded to any questions with impeccable speed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway! The house is gorgeous and the back yard with pool and jacuzzi was amazing. We hiked on the desert trails each day, rode the bikes, played ping pong, billiards and were in the pool! We went to Venue Cafe in Carfree (about 35 minutes away) one night but mostly stayed at house. Did a huge grocery haul before we got there (about 40 minutes away) so we could just have fun at the house and all the amenties. Property Manager super nice and responsive!
