Ideally located for SPRING TRAINING with easy access to freeway and less than 15 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport, Talking Stick Resort, multiple golf courses, and Camelback Mountain. Owner will be at their second home down the road but will be excited to meet you to answer any questions if needed. We’re always happy to give recommendations! Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before. POOL HEATING COST: There is an extra $25/night charge if you want the pool heated. Please message me right after booking if you want the pool heated. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. Please know that the ability of the pool to stay heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature and if the outside temp falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care to be sure cover stays on the pool. \- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up. \-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically. \- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property. \- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails. \- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. The bathroom door would not shut since it would not fit in the door frame and bathroom TP holder was broke. All bedroom doors and beds need greased to keep from creaking. The pool must have the vacuum in at all times per the owner which was a hazard to younger children when swimming. Very limited on pans for cooking and no bowls/containers to store food in. This stay met our needs, but could have been more ideal. ##### Bobbi L. His instant communication with me was impressive. Home is nice and has a great kitchen and dinning area. Bathrooms do not have towel bars, hall bath needs maintenance badly (other bathrooms are lovely), microwave inconsistent. Large fridge with ice, pool very nice. Garage equipped with pool table and darts...fun! ##### Marta M. The location was great - close to the airport, old town Scottsdale, neighboring suburbs and Phoenix. Though it was cooler during the morning and at night, it warmed up enough to swim and our kids loved the heated pool. Our only complaints are that there is only one inside sitting area, aside from the dining table, and the kitchen had just the basics. There were 9 of us and just enough dishes to have one meal before needing to run the dishwasher. We ended up getting paper plates and plastic utensils so we didn’t have to do dishes after every meal. Not a lot in the pantry as far as spices, oil, etc. but other that, the stay was goods overall. ##### Laurie D. However the renovation was subpar with several cracks and loose fan assembly. In addition, we saw a few ants in the bathroom the first night but were quickly removed. This morning we awoke to find a bevy of ants in the bathroom crawling over the counter space. ##### Humza K. The house was beautiful and in a great location for our stay. The manager of the property was very prompt to answer all of our questions. The only downside is we paid extra for the heated pool, but it never really got any warmer during our stay. But overall, it was a great property. ##### Angie B. The pool table and dart board were great, the location of the house was excellent, it didn't take to long to get around. The houes was spacious and had everything you needed for a few day, lots of clean towels for everyone to use. A few things to note: When we went arrived and checked out the house, we noticed that there were 5-6 bunches of bananas hidden in the cupboard above the fridge. There were some clothing tags on the shelves. The cleaning fee is a bit steep, the request is to put all the used towels in the laundry room and take out all the garbage to the back alley outside the gate. We did not use the pool. There is a robot in the pool that cleans the bottom that instructs to not remove. So some tubes around the property (not pictured) for the robot cleaner and people did not like the idea of swimming with the tubes/robot in the pool. ##### Taryn W. The house was extremely clean, and fun to stay at. The location is right in the middle of anything you could want. The team you're working with is also extremely fast to respond to any questions you may have. I couldn't recommend this listing more. ##### Collin B.
