Good location and nice layout for family. Beware of the pool though. We rented this home so that our kids could enjoy the pool. When we arrived it was very dirty and the pool cleaner did not work. I reached out to the property manager who was going to send someone out to clean it. No one ever showed up to clean it. There was also no mention that we had to request the pool to be heated 3 days before we arrived. Had I known that I would have asked them to heat it. There was no communication about the pool heating whatsoever. If you want to use the pool I would make sure you communicate with the property management company way before you arrive and make sure the cleaner works.
