We were there to attend an ASU football game. The room was nice and spacious. Noise level was perfect for sleeping since the hotel is located a block east of Mill and north of University.
The view from the rooftop bar/pool area was lovely.
We didn’t eat on site but the menu looked interesting.
The staff was helpful. We will definitely book again.
The staff were all nice and very helpful. Even with how busy it was over the 4th of July weekend, we had no issues or complaints. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.
The room was clean and the staff was nice. They don’t have parking so you have to pay for valet which was over $50 per night but other than that, it was okay. I believe you can park for cheaper off the property and then walk over

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
—Found open “free” water in fridge
—Ordered three entrees at lunch; all three arrived at different times (at least 5-10 min apart)
—The Margherita pizza was not a Margherita pizza.
—Cafe unstaffed in am so had to wait 10 min for service
—No toiletries in store
—No one answered phone when calling about wake up call or room needs (multiple times); had to call the outside number.
Nice facility & staff but the inconveniences add up
