Here you will enjoy the peacefulness the neighborhood has to offer as you make your way out towards Rio Verde. You'll be less than two miles from Troon North Gold Club, 15 minutes to get to the beautiful Verde River - our concierge will make sure you know where to get your day passes! - only a mile to George "Doc" Cavalliere Park which is great for the kids and pets and we're also less than 15 minutes to a nearby grocers and our concierge would be happy to discuss options for delivery services, too. \-Pool and Spa heat are an additional $200/night for the duration of your stay. Must be heated the entire stay. The schedule for pool heat is from 8am-4pm AZ time, then automatically swaps to Spa heat from 4pm-8pm AZ time. The schedule is non-negotiable. The casita is across the courtyard area yet still nearby for extra family to enjoy a bit more privacy. They'll enjoy a king primary suite with its own bathroom, large smart TV, and kitchenette. Ample storage can also be found in the casita for your guests to feel more at home! Parking is offered either in the two-car garage or in the driveway if a few extra spaces are needed. The interior of the main home was spacious, and we loved having the separate casita with its additional bed and bath. Upon arrival hall toilet was non operational and was told just not to use it. The pool was completely filled with leaves as was the patio and courtyard we stayed here for a week add pool guy didn’t come until day three of stay. No one ever came for toilet. The worst part was the garage door closes by it’s self when son was backing out door came down on car ripping off antenna and scratching top of car. The sensors and pressure sensor for opener failed. We notified paseo homes and was told oh well it’s on you and no one came to investigate. We contacted VRBO and they opened claim. We were hoping for a relaxing stay but instead incurred costs and damages to our sons car with no resolution by Paseo homes, super disappointed. ##### Jody k. The house was very well stocked, beds were as comfortable as the best hotel beds. The kitchen was perfect and fun to cook our gourmet New Years Dinner in. Hot tub was amazing on the cool days/nights. Even enjoyed being stuck inside the entire day doing puzzles, movies and slot machines because the rain and yes, hail. Definite 5 star rating for the home and the management team!.
