It's stocked with everything your group needs for an easy and comfortable stay. 5 min to Kierland Commons, 20 min to Old Town, and located in the safest and most sought after city in Arizona. Looking forward to hosting you! \*\*\*We do not allow parties, gatherings, or celebrations at the house The Space: We refer to this house as the Scottsdale Oasis, because it has over 15 palm trees, a big backyard, and a place to host your friends and family. Groups we've hosted: \- Family Reunions and Get-Togethers \- Dentists / Doctors / Continued education training \- Sports Teams (Baseball, Dance, Basketball, etc.) \- Golf groups \- Hospital Visitors (Close to Mayo Clinic Hospital) Guest Access: Brand new kitchenware to feed over 16 people: pots and pans, crockpot, baking pans, toaster, blender, cutlery, crockery, Keurig, etc. Outdoor area is great for events, with 'click a button, turn on the string lights' for extra pizzaz. The Neighborhood: Reach Kierland Commons in 5 minutes, explore the Old Town, and relax in the safest and most sought-after city in Arizona. Scottsdale is known for its top cuisine and dining experiences, and there are amazing restaurants in every direction. Getting Around: Car or Uber is best. Uber and Lyft are always available in this area. We have a 2 car garage for your use, and your guests can park on the street if needed. Other Things to Note: 1 more house rule - we live in a family neighborhood, so no unreasonable noise after 10pm per city ordinance: Noise levels over 68 decibels are considered unreasonable. (Ord. We recently returned from a stay over New Years and the house worked out great! We had three families with kids ranging from 4-12 and would definitely recommend it to others. We loved the two story house, the bunk room for kids, the pool with slide/waterfall, the kitchen for cooking, and the extra fridge in the garage. We did not use the outdoor grill/bbq so can’t speak to that although it looked nice. With cooler temps in evening/overnight (30s), we didn’t spend too much time outdoor in the evening as there isn’t a fire pit or propane patio heater that we could find. In warmer months the patio would be awesome as there is shade or Sun spending on where you sit. We’ll definitely consider the house for a future warm month trip as well. We paid extra for the pool heat as high temperatures in Phoenix were only in the mid-upper 50s. The propane seemed to last approximately 2 days which was enough to allow our kids 3 afternoons of swim time with pool temperatures warm enough. The kids absolutely LOVED the pool slide and waterfall feature! The house was stocked with plenty of bath towels and beach towels for the pool which was very nice to have with all the kids. We used the kitchen a lot and it seemed to have everything we needed. The location is awesome and is very easy to come and go from. It is close to anything you’d need it seems. We made grocery runs several times with very short drives. The house was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. Check in and check out processes were easy. Communication from the time of booking, leading up to, and during our trip was tremendous. We’ll definitely consider the property again on a return trip with our family!! ##### Lucas D. We went to stay for a family reunion at the house. There were plenty of beds in the house for the entire family, plus enough room for everyone to be able to do their own thing when they needed to. The pool was great, the kids were out there all day. The pool table, cornhole and all the games stocked in the house made it fun too! Evan helped out immediately when we had questions also. First of all, perfect communication with the host! Very fast to respond to any questions. Awesome! The house was huge! We had a group of 15 people from different locations all meeting up at 'THE OASIS' and it did not disappoint. It was very comfortable. The instructions were clearly laid out, so any of our immediate house questions were handled by the provided folder. The pool and slide were a really big hit, especially since the highs were around 110 that week. Very comfortable beds, good sized rooms, games, media options, it was all great! I kept hearing comments from the group like "oh wow, they provided all of these kitchen items", or "it's great they had all of these towels provided for us". Very organized, and no details missed from the 4 day stay that our group had there. We would all highly recommend this stay to anyone! ##### Bob B.
