Elite Weather Pool Heater Guarantee: Splash. Thinking of booking October 15-April 15? The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year. There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees. This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. As your reservation date approaches, should you find the temps heading below 50 degrees you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended. This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. We used to live in AZ and headed back with our kids for a spring break visit! The house was perfect! The kids absolutely loved the bunk room and were in the pool and hot tub everyday! Our biggest problem was getting them to leave the house so we could go enjoy other activities around Arizona! The location is perfect, very nice and safe neighborhood, we went running everyday. It’s also close to a ton of good food, shopping, and entertainment. If we go back we’ll try to stay here again. ##### Stephanie S. House had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Cleanliness was ok but could have been better. Trash and hot tub was never cleaned prior to our arrival. Had to call the emergency number of the host to have the issue taken care of the next day. Unfortunately we lost out on a day of using the hot tub, which is one of the reasons we booked this location and were not compensated for the inconvenience. Staff that arrived the next day was friendly and had the hot tub cleaned and up and running the next day. Overall stay was ok. ##### Casey G. The bunk room has three queen over queen bunk beds. Those mattresses are super firm, and you feel like you are sleeping on the floor. That room also has a service door because it used to be a garage. The hottub was brand new and we loved it. The bathrooms and bedrooms weren’t the cleanest. There was still hair in the showers and on the walls/baseboards. There was trash behind the night stand.
