We had 7 adults, two 4 year olds, a 2 year old, 1 year old and a 4 month old. The house provides plenty of space for everyone and the rooms are far enough apart where noise from one room doesn’t affect another. The house is great for all ages and the location couldn’t be better for what we’re were looking for. It’s close to a lot of nice golf courses, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter, restaurants and grocery stores. Bart, the property manager is extremely responsive and super helpful! My only complaint about the property this year was the Sonos speaker system wasn’t working for a lot of the rooms (by the pool and the upstairs patio primarily). We had a Bluetooth speaker so it wasn’t a big deal. I would recommend the house and would stay again. ##### Dan S. Lots of space for our nine adults to hang out in. Pool/hot tub were great after morning hikes. Views from upstairs deck are amazing.
