The unit is new, clean, and in a great location. Great pool, gym, gathering areas, and walking distance to Kierland/ Quarter.We noticed that the pass was missing when we grabbed our key fob and parking pass from the lock box. It was not a huge deal, but I had to deal with unsecured parking and elevator use. I texted and called immediately about the parking pass but didn't hear back from them.The major issue is that there is only 1 key fob. I cannot imagine the logistical nightmare of having more than 2 people use this unit. It was just my wife and son, and it was very inconvenient.In addition, I received emails daily stating that my stay had not been verified (which it was) or that I should read the property's rules. This was excessive.There are many positives, but be aware of the single key fob, which may be a deal-breaker for larger groups. ##### Kris L.
