The cost is $50 per pet, this is a one-time charge. The pet will need to be registered via a link we will give you after booking confirmation. We will need a photo of the pet as well as the vaccination records. When you bring your pet to the premises, you will need to stop by the leasing office to have them swabbed. If we do find that a pet defecated and it was not picked up after, there is an applicable $500 fine per occurrence. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
