You'll love the spacious and open floor plan that features a variety of amenities to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a grill for outdoor barbecues. You can also enjoy a game of ping pong, connect 4, air hockey, or pool in the game room. We want you to feel at home during your stay, and we're happy to help with anything you may need. You can reach us by phone, text, or email if you have any questions or concerns. We respect your privacy and understand that you may prefer minimal interaction during your stay. However, if you need any recommendations or have any questions about the house or the local area, we're always happy to help. Our vacation rental is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a gated community in Glendale, Arizona, just a short drive from popular local attractions such as the Westgate Entertainment District and the University of Phoenix Stadium. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly, with sidewalks for taking leisurely strolls and plenty of nearby parks and green spaces to explore. You'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores within a few miles of the house, so you won't have to go far to find what you need. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Thunderbird Conservation Park offers hiking and biking trails with scenic views of the surrounding desert landscape. The area is also conveniently located near major highways, so you can easily access other parts of the city or take a day trip to nearby attractions like Sedona or the Grand Canyon Access to the rental will be provided via an August smart lock, which will allow you to enter the rental with a unique code that we will provide before your arrival. The smart lock is easy to use and does not require any physical keys, so you won't need to worry about losing or misplacing them. We recommend downloading the August app before your arrival so that you can easily manage your access code and lock and unlock the rental as needed. We'll provide detailed instructions on how to use the smart lock, as well as any other features of the rental that you may need to know about. If you have any issues with the smart lock during your stay, please let us know right away and we'll do our best to assist you. Our vacation rental is a spacious and comfortable 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Glendale, Arizona. The house is perfect for families or groups of friends, with plenty of room for up to 16 guests. The home features a variety of amenities to make your stay enjoyable, including a heated pool and spa, a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and an Xbox for entertainment. There is also a Sonos surround sound system to play music throughout the house. Outside, there is an outdoor grill for cooking up delicious meals and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or enjoying a cozy evening under the stars. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with soft bedding and plenty of closet space. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of towels and toiletries provided for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Overall, our vacation rental is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay in Glendale. The easiest way to get around the area is by car, as public transportation options can be limited. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway and on the street outside the home, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot. If you prefer not to drive, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area and can take you to popular local destinations like the Westgate Entertainment District and the University of Phoenix Stadium. For those flying in, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 25 miles away from the house, and transportation options include rental cars, taxis, and rideshare services. If you're interested in exploring the local area, there are plenty of scenic drives and day trips to take in the surrounding desert landscape. Some popular destinations within driving distance include Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and the historic town of Prescott. Pool and Spa: We ask that you use caution when using the pool and spa, particularly with children or non-swimmers, and that you observe any safety guidelines or rules that we provide. Please note that glass containers are not allowed in the pool area for safety reasons. We'll do our best to keep the pool and spa at a comfortable temperature during your stay, but we cannot guarantee specific temperatures. Game Room: Please feel free to use the game room, but we ask that you take good care of the equipment and put everything back where you found it after use. Sonos Sound System: Please feel free to use the Sonos sound system, but we ask that you keep the volume at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings. Fire Pit: Please use caution when using the fire pit, and never leave it unattended. We recommend that you only use the fire pit in the designated area, and do not use it during periods of high fire risk. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware. Please feel free to use any of the appliances or cookware, but we ask that you clean up after yourself when you're finished. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Each bedroom has comfortable and luxurious bedding, and we provide fresh linens and towels for your use. We ask that you keep the bedrooms and bathrooms clean and tidy during your stay. Air Conditioning: The house is equipped with air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay. Please feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking, but we ask that you conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning when you're not in the house. Communication was excellent for the few questions we had. Rooms are big and beds are comfy. 4 full baths was convenient. Did not like that there were no dressers or chairs in the bedrooms and the shelves were either too high or not adequate for our 1 week stay - personally I don't care to keep suitcases on the floor. Also there was not enough seating for our group - no dining room table to speak of only a high top with 6 or 8 chairs (can't remember as they were very uncomfortable for a shorter person) and only 2 counter stools. With a group our size we went through a lot of trash and the cans that were placed outside were never picked up as scheduled (only the recycling) We pulled the trash back into the container area - hopefully they will get picked up soon. The house on the whole was great size and location for our family. We all had a really good time with the area activities. And the pool and sauna were great as well! ##### Regina A. This was an amazing home to stay in for a family vacation. The home was perfect for both adults and children and the property was so spacious. The “game” theme kept everyone entertained and allowed for so many fun memories to be made. The pool and hot tub were also a big hit, especially given the very hot weather. Mostly stocked with everything you need, and extras left by renters. The selling point in our case was the advertised heated pool. The spa and pool had the capacity to be heated, but both were 55 degrees when we moved in (it was cold outside so no help there). Good instructions allowed us to heat the spa within a couple of hours so we used that the first evening and every evening after! But, for future renters, the pool and spa are not "jump in" ready and pool takes quite a few hours to heat. ##### Barbara M. We had four adults and four kids in our group. There was plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved being outside. I recommend paying to heat the pool during the cooler months. Our grandkids swam every day and kept telling me how much they love it. The indoor activities like the Xbox, air hockey, and pool table filled in our remaining time. The owners were easy to work with. They were responsive and accommodating which made our stay that much better. We would stay here again! ##### Mary S. We had 5 adults and 5 kids 5-12 years old and this house had it all! The pool and hot tub were great as were the outdoor games and indoor air hockey, pool table and video games.
