Get your game face on when playing at the poker and game table against family and friends! Pour a drink and watch the fun in this fun space. Dedicated workspace available with a desk and chair. Additionally, gym equipment is located in the garage.

From the game room and living room, you have access to the beautiful outdoors. The entire backyard including the pool, outdoor living, and dining space is spacious and feels like your own private retreat. With the iconic palm trees and landscape for sunsets, you will be mesmerized by the views.

The raised and tall ceiling details make this home airy with its open-concept living room, entertainment, kitchen, and dining room. There is ample prep-space for cooking or entertaining in the kitchen, and it is a few steps to eating at the elegant dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests.

House Rules
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
No pets allowed
No Pool heat available
Pack & Plays, highchairs, and air mattresses are available upon request for $40 each.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
For your safety and security, there is a ring camera located at the front door.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
