Our pool is professionally cleaned every Wednesday and lightly touched up before each stay.
Please note that Arizona’s desert climate means a bit of dust may naturally settle between cleanings — totally normal and unavoidable in this region.
🧸 Baby Gear & Toys
Baby items are available upon request and may carry a small service fee as mentioned earlier. These items are transferred from another location, so please request them at least 48 hours before arrival to ensure availability.
💳 Damage Protection
To keep everyone protected, guests can choose one of the following options before check-in:
$250 refundable credit card hold, released after checkout pending inspection, or
$50 non-refundable damage waiver, covering minor accidental damages.
