Spacious House with HOT TUB in Amazing City! Breakfast/BBQ/Netflix

-1 master-bedroom with Queen size bed, and private bathroom;

-Bedding and towels. We use duvet covers instead of flat sheets to make sure that all bedding are clean and changed between every guests. If you need flat sheets, we have them for you as well.
-Soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, cotton discs, Q-tip cotton swab, and flossers
-Living room with sofa, sofa-bed, fireplace, Smart TV;
-Dining- table, chairs, sofa-bed
-Kitchen- pans, pots, dishwasher with detergent supplies; coffee maker - Mr. Coffee 12 cups;
-Breakfast items: milk, juice, cereals, coffee and tea provided.
-Laundry with supplies
-BBQ, Firepit
-Hot tub

Guest access

You have full and complete private access to the entire 3 bedroom 2 bath main home. Covered backyard w/BBQ.
Our place is for you to enjoy our home in a responsible and respectful manner.

Interaction with guests

As the owner, I provide my personal cell number to all guests, and encourage you to contact me directly with any questions or concerns (via messages preferred).

Other things to note

To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home. If you need shoes covers, we have them for you.

Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke either out front or back).
FEE FOR PARTIES OR SMOKING INSIDE IS $500.

What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy.

Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. Please don't move any furniture, in case if you did, please place it back before you leave.

Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first.

The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)
