Note, the TV in bedroom 4 & the living room TV can be viewed simultaneously, which is perfect for watching multiple sports games at once. \-WiFi is high speed 300 MBPS download \-3 king beds (mattresses are medium firmness), 3 twin beds (mattresses are medium firmness), 1 fold out queen bed (3” Tempurpedic Serenity mattress, soft) \-3 full bathrooms (3 have shower heads, 2 have tubs, 1 of the bath tubs is jetted) \-the nightstands in 3 bedrooms have outlets & USB plugins. Old Town Scottsdale is just minutes away by car. The property is in a prime central location surrounded by a variety of restaurants, parks, & activities. If you need driving estimates to specific locations or local recommendations, I will do all I can to help. The entire property & yard is available for use except for 2 small locked storage closets (1 by the front door, 1 in the living room) that are not pictured. This home’s back patio and kitchen are equipped with devices that monitor noise levels (but do not record sound) and smoke and notify the host if it gets too loud or smoky. Smoking is only allowed outside. This helps avoid smoke damage to the home, helps ensure guests have a pleasant stay without being disturbed by external noise, and also helps avoid disturbing neighbors. Please note, the water (showers, sinks) can take some time to get hot, especially when it is cold outside in the winter months, & the hot water handles for the sinks in the master bathroom are on the right side, not the left. The middle (hallway) bathroom tub drain has a removable jewelry trap that is regularly cleaned but can clog when a lot of hair is present. The pool does not have a heater or cooler, & although it is serviced at least once per week to stay clean, please be aware that since it is older there are some stains that may look like dirt that have set in, but these are just aesthetic deficiencies. The pool is still clean & ready to use. That being said, please check the weather before booking. Sometimes storms/monsoons cause a great deal of dust, dirt, & leaves to fall into the pool, & during these times the pool will not be available. Late checkout fee: $50 for 11 am late checkout rather than regular 10 am checkout. Checkout later than 11 am is never permitted. For stays needing to leave after 11 am I recommend booking an additional night. Pet fee: $100 per pet, per night. All animals, including service animals, must be disclosed immediately upon booking. Before each check in, the entire place, inside & outside, is photographed/videotaped, everything is tested/checked, & inventory is taken. All guests must IMMEDIATELY report any issues (damage, anything missing/not working, etc). DO NOT wait until partway or after the stay to address issues, as this can create more issues for everyone. I was in complete panic and reached out to the host of this property and she was able to accommodate me fairly quick even though vrbo does not honor same day check-in’s.
