Would probably get this location again if we come to the PHX area. Check in was as simple as a text message, it's well stocked with kitchen equipment, and it's the first location we've rented where they allow previous guests to leave their leftover non-perishable stuff for the next ones. I thought that was interesting and a pleasant surprise.I'd talked to folks who said getting in the pool would be like getting into a hot tub (outside temps in the 110's). I did not find that to be the case. We spent quite a bit of time during the day in the pool.And the property was very soothing, just the getaway we needed. ##### Mark T. We were four adults and two kids, 9 and 12\. We had plenty of room, plenty of bedrooms, baths and a nice large kitchen and dining area. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids and the grill produced some tasty meals. The house was clean and well appointed.
