Home not clean but otherwise decent in good neighborhood.
The home was decent. Needs updates (new paint, base boards, etc.) blood soiled and smeared all over comforter that was balled in master bedroom Closet, blood on master bath vanity stool, toilet seat was literally dirty, toilet room needed cleaning, duvet cover and linens had to be removed and laundered, towels were filled with hair, master bath floor mats were as well. Living room stained with food, garage had overflowing smelly garbage bin and several trash bags on garage floor. Once we cleaned our stay was good. Company sent someone over 2 days into our stay to clean, but we’d already taken care of it.

Nice location but no communication
House was nice and clean. Tried on several occasions to contact property manager to get pool heated for our stay and no one ever got back to me so the pool was cold and we didn’t get to use it. The pool was one of the reasons we rented the house. I was willing to pay additional cost to have it heated. Overall nice house and convenient location just wish we could have enjoyed the pool.

Pools have to have the pool heat turned on three days prior to arrival in order for the water to have time to heat. There is an additional fee for pool heat. Great Property - Horrible Communication
Property and location was great. House was clean and very well stocked. Pool table and foosball table were great for the kids and adults. Pool and hot tub were kept in good condition. The house itself was spacious for two families, 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 9 - 6), and all furniture and beds were comfortable and in good shape. The kitchen offered all staples and cooking pots/pans/utensils needed and the bathrooms were adequately stocked with towels, including beach towels for the pool. The property itself was great and we wouldn't think twice about staying there again BUT the communication with the property manager (VACASA) was absolutely horrible. We received no communication prior to or on the day of our check-in. We waited on hold for over 1.5 hours with the VACASA contact phone line before getting disconnected and never received a reply to their chat/text option either. The day of our check-in we needed to reach out to VRBO directly and they were able to retrieve our passcode for check-in from VACASA. During our stay, if anything went wrong, we're not sure what we would've done (i.e. issues with pool or house in general). Overall, the property is great and our families thoroughly enjoyed staying there. One of the better experiences we've had regarding the house and amenities itself for the overall cost. If the property management company could just increase their communication, I'm confident we would have booked already for next Spring Break.

Very nice property in a good location
The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you would need or use in your own home. Great place for a group of adults or a family. The house is clean, comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this property and would book it again. The communication with the property manager could be substantially improved.

Subpar Cleanliness Lack of Communication with Owner
If you are about a cleanliness this is not the house for you. All bathroom showers had mildew in them, master shower drain was clogged I had to go buy cleaning supplies. Master bathroom door don’t shut. Heated pool was freezing cold! Dished still had food on them. When we arrived the garage was full of stinky garbage bags from previous occupancy, we had to take them out so the smell wasn’t worse it filled our can and some of the neighbors. I sent messages and pictures to call me no one called me back. Finally I got a number and they said they will look into it. Was there for 8 nights never heard back from anyone all week. This homes only plus was the games. Everything in the home is very well used. So make sure if you stay you document what you see. Was not worth the money we paid.

Not the vacation we expected
We selected this property over others and a resort because we wanted a private pool. We paid for the pool to be heated day of arrival. Our grandkids were so excited when we arrived. They jumped into the pool to find it ice cold. The pool heater and not on and there were issues our entire stay.

Pool was not heated as requested and paid for. Property is poorly maintained, multiple issues in house needing addressed. Hot tib water was bad and gave all the kids a bacterial skin infection

Just a couple of issues: -zero communication with property manager in regards to basic questions about the property - zero disclosure about the construction site right in front of the property - a few things didn’t work like the mister, outdoor fan - lots of bugs inside of the house - hair balls sitting on the drains of the bathroom

Absolutely Stunning Home
This house was perfect and the photos doesn’t do it justice! As soon as you walk in the door the home is breathtaking. The pool was great and highly utilized and the jacuzzi was perfect for late night relaxation. Location was great and Super close to a lot of stores and restaurants and quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Outstanding property! Book it now!
This is a beautiful, current and comfortable home. The furnishings, bedrooms and kitchen are all well appointed and complete with everything we needed. The pool and backyard were clean and fun! There is smart tv’s in home, a pool table and foozball table that seemed brand new! The neighborhood was safe and quiet and located conveniently around a ton of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back to rent this home again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and clean. The backyard is where we spent all of our time. I was worried about the pool size but it is larger than it looks in the pictures. We definitely want to come again and if we do we will rent this home.

Great home for action packed stay!
This was a blast last weekend... the home was very well put together and was all we had hoped it would be. Fun pool table, great kitchen, awesome outdoor pool and hot tub... and foozball to boot! TV's in each room are large and updated. The beds were comfy. Even a bluetooth speaker in the bathroom! The garage was great for parking our large Yukon. My kids absolutely loved the house. We will save this one for next time in Scottsdale to see my brother and his family!

Nice house terrible management
Upon our arrival the house was dirty, beds unmade etc... our check in time was 4:00 pm we arrived at 5:00pm and had to call Vacasa and request maid service. After driving 12 hours with 3 boys the last thing we wanted to do was go out so the house could be cleaned. The battery in the smoke alarm was bad and beeped the whole time the ceilings we to high to reach so we had that to deal with. I will never rent from this company again

We are sorry you arrived at a home that had not been cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Sometimes cleans get missed by the housekeepers but when this happens the housekeepers are out as soon as possible to clean and prepare the home. We would have sent someone out to change the battery in the smoke detector as well. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused and for the disappointment during your stay. Thank you!

Great location! Close to everything
This place is run by a property management company and they are very professional. I had no problem with access and I felt like they would be available if I had any issues. This place is perfect for large families or big groups. It lives bigger than 2600 sqft! My sons loved the pool table and fooseball. We went in the fall so it was too chilly to enjoy the pool but I can imagine this place is even more amazing in the Spring or Summer. I would look for this place again if I was coming to Scottsdale.

Lovely home that was as described
We enjoyed our stay, and while I enjoyed the pool table, it seemed in an odd location between the living area and kitchen. Maybe better for a family than a couple. My wife claimed it was to loud when I played,other than that it was nice. The back yard space was pleasant and spacious, and the furniture was very comfortable while relaxing by the pool. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. The home was in a nice community and we walked around the neighborhood a few times. It is centrally located with restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes, and it is easily accessible from the 101 and 51 highways.

Overall great place, but we did have issues
The hot tub didn’t work for any of the 5 days / 4 nights we were here. We called Vacasa (management company) and they kept telling us someone would call and come by. The guy came by the house one time while we were there. We called two other times. No one ever got back to be on progress or with a solution. When we got to the house to check in at 4pm the house cleaners were still cleaning, so we decided to run to the grocery store. When we got back at 5pm the cleaners were still there. The house other than these situation was fabulous.

Fun spot to enjoy an AZ getaway
We spent several days enjoying this new listing in the Scottsdale area. It’s close to everything, shopping, dining, activities. It’s thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with just what you need to enjoy your visit. We found the beds to be very comfortable which is always a blessing when you’re traveling. The owner generously supplied ample tissue for the bathroom, an abundance of towels both for showering and for use at the pool, as well as paper towels and dish soap etc. for the kitchen. My only suggestion to the owner would be to provide some tutorial sheets for using the television as not everyone uses DIRECTV. The photos on VRBO are very accurate, we found everything to be just as we had hoped. Hope you enjoy renting this property as much as we did
