The office in the common area is large (16x14) and could be set up with twins beds to provide sleeping arrangements for an additioanl two people. Arrangement must be made in advance for this option and there is an additional fee per night.

- Please note that we cannot provide a pool barrier fence at this property. We do not recommend this property for children under 6 years of age. Per requirements in the cities of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, and Phoenix.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without the owner's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
