Our stay was absolutely amazing! Darlene was fantastic and kept in communication with us every step of the way, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house had everything we needed, and everyone in our group really enjoyed all the amenities. On our first night, a lightning storm rolled through, but the property manager came by right away to make sure everything was okay, which gave us such peace of mind. If you’re planning a trip to Arizona with a big group, this is definitely the place to stay.

#### Great house and management 

We had a wonderful time at this property. So many activities and the hot tub and pool are amazing. We didn't want to leave the house. Only hiccup was the heated pool did not work but management was quick to refund those costs. Very responsive management team. They were able to accommodate all of my requests.

#### Spacious, Clean, well Kept, beautiful, full of fun! 

Great property and even better management team! Easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Offered additional services, asked questions to ensure we knew what to expect and to do; and were available any time we needed. Great communication ! House was clean and very well kept. Fully stocked and had comfortable beds/furniture. All the amenities were perfect. Worth it!!

This house provides tons of toys & a beautiful yard for everyone’s enjoyment. Was hoping to stay here again next Thanksgiving but found it’s already booked! The people were so easy to work with & responsive to any questions.

Our family got together at this home & we loved it! The bunkhouse was so fun for all the kid cousins to sleep in- & it’s beautiful by the way! 3 showers & 2 toilets & W/D in bunkhouse- SO sweet. House has 3 full fridges & a mini fridge in the 2 bdrm/ 1 bath casita. We loved swimming in the pool, playing all of their outdoor games & more. kitchen had all equip we needed to cook!

The SWSS team was amazing. From our first contact to checkout, they went above and beyond. If I could give them a higher rating I would! The ultimate compound was true to its name. It has everything to enjoy your vacation. From comfortable beds and pillows to clean and well maintained interior and outdoor areas. It exceeded all our high expectations.

#### Great Golf Group Destination

Property was just as advertised. We had 20 guys staying in Scottsdale for a golf trip and the house was well equipped and perfect for our group. The property manager was very quick (20 min) to address the only request we had during our stay (more sand for the shuffleboard)

#### SPX Spring Break

The outdoor amenities were amazing for our group of 17! The bunk house and casita were perfect too. The main house is dated and could use some upgrades for the price we paid. Also, the master bath had a sewage smell but thankfully it was only that room. We had to have the hot tub serviced as the water was turning green. We had a blast!

#### Clean, modern, and roomy

This property is awesome. Clean, everything you need, updated, multiple things to do in the large and spacious yard. We had 3 women and 7 men stay at this property and had plenty of space and privacy. Only regret is we ate out every night...wish we would have just cooked on site so we could enjoy the property more. Don't get scared off by the language of the contract regarding number of cars and noise. We were out late (not loud though) and had comfortable conversations with laughter and did not disrupt the neighbors.
