We have a huge 1 acre lot. \- Must be at least 21 years old to book \- Photo ID may be required upon check-in \- NOTE: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM \- NOTE: There is an optional daily pool heat fee of $150 + fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay (Sept-May) \-NOTE: The maximum number guests allowed is 12 people. Guests #11 and #12 will have an extra fee of $40 per person/per night (including any individuals who do not stay in the house). We are currently doing a small remodel outside of the house and a few things inside the house but our contractor will stop everything on every stay and won't affect your stay at all. We do have some boxes and paint inside the garage but there's lots of parking right in front of our main door (there's parking for up to 12 cars on our concrete circle and another 6 cara right outside the property. The property manager and owner were very responsive with clear instructions for check in and check out. The description of the caretakers on property was buried in the bullet point about not allowing parties. Our fault for glazing over, thinking it didn’t apply to us due to not planning for any parties or extra guests. The caretaker area is not as secluded as the description leads you to believe. It is blocked off in the backyard by a makeshift wall of black mesh, right outside the master bedroom (the windows in the master had to stay shut due to this) and by the outdoor bbq. We were very thrown off when we saw a truck parked in the driveway that was not there when we left. I reached out to the owner at 11pm to clarify who it belonged to and he responded immediately. The caretakers never disturbed us during our stay and if we weren’t a group of moms with young daughters (and no blinds/curtains in the front or back half of the house), it might have felt less invasive, but I feel this needs clarifying as the listing description is deceptive. AC wasn’t on at all before check in. The house was 84 degrees when we anrrived and it took all night for the bedrooms on the other side of the house to cool down. We had to request to unlock the thermostat perimeters to get it cool enough. Besides these two things the house is great! The rec room with the games was used by the kids and was a great option for having fun inside. The backyard was wonderful! Communication was always fast! ##### Stephanie D. It is a beautiful home with all the bells and whistles! Ivan (the owner) was super attentive and friendly. The backyard is huge and the pool is amazing!!!! We barely had to go anywhere because this property is like your own personal resort with privacy. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a safe, luxurious place with plenty of amenities!!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and giant yard. We found the location very convenient for shopping and it is also close to the baseball stadium and Wildlife park. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were in town with family to enjoy the weather and to see a game at State Farm Stadium and this was the perfect place to stay. It was big enough that our group of 8 could spread out, and the outside area was amazing. The pool was enormous, and there were several places to sit and relax. Ivan was so helpful before and throughout our stay. He communicated with us frequently and gave us great tips for the house and the surrounding areas. It’s like having a resort right in your backyard! Beautiful home and neighborhood! My only minus would be the hot tub! It’s older and could use an upgrade. It just doesn’t go with how amazing this home is and backyard is. The owner is so wonderful and kind,anything we needed he was there for us! I could send a text and he would respond in minutes. You will NOT regret renting this property I promise. The beds are great and lots of towels for inside and out. Just simply a beautiful home.
