Heated pool, close to the popular downtown Chandler and everything metro Phoenix has to offer. Dog friendly. Step inside this open concept fully remodeled home. The super sized sectional will envelop you as you enjoy a movie or sporting event with family and friends. The kitchen is spectacular with a breakfast bar and every imaginable thing you would need to make a meal or prep for a BBQ. The dining room comfortably seats 6\. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom has a TV and King side be with luxurious linens. The en-suite bath and walk in shower make this a spa like experience. There are doors leading right to the pool for your convenience. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, TV and Spacious Closet. Bedroom 3 has 2 twins, which can also be made into a King if you prefer. It also has a TV. The home is equipped with a 2 car garage, a full sized laundry suite and super fast wifi. Outside is magical. You will likely spend all your time here. Play yard games, have a cocktail by the fire, dine alfresco under the lights and of course take a swim night or day in the glorious heated pool. WOOF! This home is dog friendly. Thinking of booking October 15-April 15? The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year. There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees. This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. As your reservation date approaches, should you find the temps heading below 50 degrees you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended. This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round. It would be perfect for a family with a couple/few kids. The property was very very clean. Not one issue with cleanliness. And while by the end of our week a few moths had moved in, not one bug was seen anywhere. Immaculate. The backyard is very spacious and leaves plenty of room for separate activities. Great pool! Trash and recycle were easy to manage, and basic supplies provided were appreciated, i.e.Dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent. Beds were very comfortable. And between 5 adults, we have our share of aches and pains. No sleep issues at all! Good pillow supply. Neighborhood is clean and quiet, even being on the corner lot. The kids tried it out on the first day for a few minutes and ended up with the sniffles. Unfortunately, it was due to some mishap from the prior renters not covering the pool, according to the property manager. In all fairness, the property manager did say they would refund the heated pool portion of the rental, which they did- however, they failed to call back to ensure the pool was working the following day as they had promised. Once the refund occurred on day 2, it was no longer a concern on their side. However, the way our last call was characterized was that once the pool was covered overnight, the pool should be working for the rest of our entire stay, which it did not. If it wasn’t for the pool not working properly and the property manager communication kerfuffle, this would’ve received a 5 star rating. ##### Susan M. It was very clean and modern feeling. We loved it so much that I looked to try and book it for next year same time. Didn’t feel like I was at a rental. I was there for a whole week for work. The only thing that would have been nice was more then two coffee pods and paper towels. Oh well the house was beautiful it was clean the neighbourhood was awesome. The only problem was the swimming pool. The pool guy came and cleaned it. The filter doesn’t filter the pool. The pump needs replacing and the cleaner that’s in the pool does not move on its own apparently the owners know about it and nothings been done. If the pool was better it would definitely be a six out of five. Yes you can clean the pool yourself, but the machine should be working to clean the dirt off the bottom the filter should be working to clear the water, that was the only disappointment ##### Dan L. Backyard/patio was fantastic with several amenities and the heated pool was wonderful. House was very clean. I would suggest a few things. I ended up buying a steamer and leaving it there because I could not find an iron. Also, the finish in the tub in the hall bathroom was peeling off. But no big deal. The property was exactly as described. The pool area was sunshiney and clean. The backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs (They were so accommodating and let us bring 2 instead of one). Everything was seamless from check in to check out and Stefanie was extremely responsive with any questions we had. This property is staying on our list for repeat stays.
