Our home puts you 0.5 miles from Mesa Convention Center, 1.5 miles to Hohokam Stadium, and steps from numerous local breweries, restaurants, and activities. Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are also reliable modes of transportation in this area! If you’re driving, you’ll be about 11 miles from PHX Airport and 22 miles from Scottsdale Airport (SCF). Other Things to Note: Important things to know before booking to ensure a pleasant stay! STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Minut device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2000 fine. We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: \- abide by our rental terms and conditions. \- provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \- that we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI \- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The landscaper visits the property every Tuesday. We don’t have a lost and found, so please double-check you have all your stuff before you leave. We can’t take responsibility for anything left behind. HOUSE RULES: \- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. \- The primary guest who made the reservation must stay at the property. \- Local guests within a 4-hour drive must contact us before booking. \- This dog-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs for $125 per stay, but you must get pre-approval. The dog(s) must be crate-trained, and please clean up after your dog. No cats, sorry. \- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected. \- Recreational drug use or any illegal or dangerous activity at the property is also strictly prohibited.
