Things that we particularly appreciated: How quiet the location is; the kitchen is well stocked with equipment; there were plenty of towels and (this sounds like a little thing but it's really appreciated) there was plenty of toilet paper so we didn't have to make a run to the store for more than just one roll in the bathrooms. The house has its own secured garage with an entry into the first floor - really appreciated both for ease of parking and to not have the car sitting out in the sun.
