Enjoy an outdoor shower, a huge backyard, desert landscape, mountain views, and watch local wildlife like quails and jackrabbits! Just a heads up - our place is down a short (\~500-foot) unpaved road off McDowell Road. Any car should be fine on this road. After you turn onto the unpaved section, you'll pass a few houses before reaching our home. More details will be included in the check-in instructions! The Space: Please note - Outdoor wood-burning fires aren't allowed. Please stick to the gas fire pit located upstairs. Additionally, the thermostat is set between 72–76°F and cannot go below 72\. It isn't guest-adjustable; feel free to message me if you'd like the temperature adjusted. But the system can only cool 20–25 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, so it might take a bit to chill when it's super hot outside. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service.
