7\. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy and unauthorized bringing of pets will result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.  
  
8\. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.  
  
9\. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels.

11\. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.
