When we tried to extend our stay they upped the cleaning fee and other rates making our 2nd week more expensive. Easy drives to many hiking areas, We tried many of the local restaurants, we enjoyed them all and have a few favorites. The condo itself is nicely designed, with split bedrooms if you need two, and well equipped. The location is handy to everything in downtown Scottsdale, and easy drives to the dining and attractions towards north Scottsdale. We stayed in off season, so we saw very people in the complex and pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Communication with the property owner was excellent, and the check-in process easy with clear instructions. My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time! The condo was very clean and well furnished. We spent days at the pool and evenings out in Old Town which was just a short walk from the place. We also stayed in a few nights and had meals on the patio.
