If you are looking for a family-friendly vacation home, this is the place! \*This home sleeps 8 adults and 4 children, not 12 adults. The home has an open concept, making for a comfortable and spacious stay. The living area offers a sectional couch and a large screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and all the necessities to cook a meal. The living area and movie room have French doors leading you straight to the beautiful backyard. These French doors are set up with double safety handles for child safety. The fully enclosed backyard is a stunning area to gather around and enjoy one another's company around a fire in the cooler Arizona evenings. An outdoor space with loungers, a covered patio, and a quaint Arizona fire pit are ready for you to relax with and have fun! Who wants to snuggle up for a movie? Book now to experience the movie theater room with recliners, an 82" smart screen tv, sound bar, and a subwoofer! Want to get competitive? Head to the game room with an air hockey/ping pong conversion table and a foosball table for your competitive, playful side! Because we love family time, we devoted an entire room to family game night with a large round table for board games, poker, or whatever suits you! Or challenge each other in an NBA Jam or shuffleboard tournament. Additionally, a teen hangout loft with gaming chairs, tons of kids' board games, and floor puzzles is central in the upstairs sleeping areas. Two Master Suites with comfortable King-size beds are available for your convenience and comfort. One Master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second Master bedroom is situated right across the kids' room for quick and easy access to your smaller children. The darling children's room may be my favorite, with 4 single bunkbeds, a tent hideaway reading/play nook, and plenty of space for your little superheroes to play. The other 2 of the 5 bedrooms offer comfortable Queen size beds, one with desk space for those still needing a workspace for jobs or school and the other offering a private coffee bar. Just minutes to high-end Scottsdale outdoor shopping, dining venues and world-renowned golf courses. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Had multiple calls with the property manager who indicated it was because the bill had not been paid. We had no TV service, no wifi, no internet access for the first 2 days of the stay because the bill was unpaid and service was cut off. We found live cockroaches in the garage. Required pest services to attend the property. The Hot tub would trip the electrical breaker. When we notified the Property manager, they had to send service twice as they failed to identify the issue correctly the first visit. This resulted in another 2 days of no access to the hot tub. As a result we did not get to use the amenties as paid for and outlined in the rental agreement for several days. Fridge icemaker was also broken, required replacement by a service repair person. Overall property has not been maintained well. Property manager offered nothing more than to say thanks for our patience. The response from the property manager seemed to suggest this was normal for the property and that we should not expect to have full use of the amenties as per the agreement. They did not offer anything else in response to the poor experience. ##### Dave C. Communications with the owners before we ever arrived was seamless and prompt. If I had a question, they quickly responded withan answer. Check in was equally as easy and quick. As soon as we walked in, the home had exceeded our excitations. It provided a great home atmosphere for our distand familt to meet for our daughters college graduation. Everyone slept well and we had everything we needed. As the Father of the graduate, I had a lot of responsibilities. As I was starting to get overwhelmed, I hot the opportunity to step away to the theater room and catch an old Oklahome State football game on YouTube. It was just what I needed. Refrigerator ice make stopped working and manager was quick to supply bags of ice. Outside chimney that is pictured is not functional. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to other locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix. We found it quite clean except for dead flowers in a vase and some crumbled paper luggage tags on the primary bedroom closet shelf. Not a big deal. The pool was smaller than it looked online, but that worked out great because it stayed warm even though we did not pay to heat it. We also loved that so many beach towels and lounge chairs were provided. We spent most of our time in the backyard and really enjoyed it. The outdoor television was perfect for watching March Madness from the pool. We did wish the house came with some sort of instruction manual for the pool waterfall, coffeemaker, thermostat, check-out procedures, etc. However, if we had cared enough, we could have called the property management company. They always had someone available to answer questions. The starter supply of cleaning supplies, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and paper towels could have been more robust. Otherwise, the kitchen was well-stocked for our purposes. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had to drive at least 15 to 20 minutes to reach most of what we wanted to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, but we knew that going in. Overall, we would recommend this house for a family. It's comfortable, functional, and fun. We had a group of seven, and there was plenty of room. We also appreciated the three bathrooms, excellent wifi, large kitchen, and multiple televisions. ##### Ellen H. The on-site staff was very helpful and responsive. My grandkids loved the game room, movie room and pool. We have an unexpectedly warm February visit and the pool heat added just enough to make the temperature enjoyable for all. We were happy to have the security of the pool fence, which kept the littles away from the pool when we needed to. The beds were very comfy and the bunk bed room was a winner for the grandkids. There was so much to do nearby, and the restaurant choices were amazing. The outdoor grill made a great burger night option too. We hope to stay again. ##### Trish G. The house looked exactly as posted on the website. All the rooms are very spacious and the media and game rooms were enjoyed by everyone. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The outside area space was perfect for our family of seven..Overall the trip was amazing and I would definitely stay here again. The only issues we had was with the property management answering service. On our arrival (Saturday) the waterfall and pool lights were not on.I called and Someone came out on Monday for the waterfall. I was left a message that the lights were on by remote access and they should come on at 7om. They never did. After that my calls and emails were not returned. I searched through the VRBO listing and found a number to someone different (possibly the owner?) and he was able to turn on immediately. So we went three full nights without being able to swim in the pool in the evening. We had small children so we wouldn’t get in without lights. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large, there is ample seating indoors and out. It was great for 4 generations to be together to celebrate a Doctoral graduation. The location is good, with easy access to shopping. Getting around the area was also easy - it took us about 30 minutes max to get wherever we needed to be. The pool was wonderful and enjoyed by all. There was no need for the water to be heated at this time of the year - the weather was hot enough to maintain comfortable water temps. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of daily use items that were supplied. This is a property I can recommend without hesitation! ##### Kimberlee H.
