This is one of the closest homes to Old Town and Fashion Square Mall! The home includes a Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and a new 50 inch smart screen tv; also has its own private master bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bed has a full size bunk bed. Living room includes a large sectional couch and 55 inch smart tv. It is a short Uber ride, but by no means walking distance unless you consider a 1 1/2 to 2 mile walk a reasonable walking distance. The property has been renovated to a degree, but it's still lipstick on a pig. The carpeting in the master bedroom was filthy. The bed isn't very comfortable, and those tiny flat squares they try to pass as pillows are ridiculous. There are no window screens on any of the bedroom or bathroom windows making it impossible to get fresh air without inviting in insects. The kitchen is not well equipped. The property is over priced for what it is, I won't ever stay here again. ##### April H. You are centrally located, but not in the middle of the traffic and any noise. Beds and furnishings are comfortable and well maintained.
