Plenty of room for the whole group to enjoy the cool, refreshing pool waters in the summer and fully heated* pool during the cooler months. (*See full details below.) Unwind in the bubbling hot tub, perfect for soothing aching muscles after a day of adventure, enjoy a glass of wine as you and your fellow travelers soak under the stars. Perfect your golf game with our private putting greens! Challenge your friends or practice your swing in a serene setting.

The house can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably with 6 separate bedrooms. (4 King beds + 3 Queen beds.) Each room is designed for restful nights, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for the day’s adventures.

Enjoy making your favorite meals together in the generously sized kitchen with all the right items you’ll need for your mealtime prep. Some key items included in the kitchen: double oven, gas stove, toaster, slow cooker, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, waffle iron, tortilla maker, wine glasses, beer mugs, and COFFEE! Full coffee service provided for our guests, because we know how critical it is to wake up to that fresh pot! Drip coffee maker, Keurig, & French Press with all the fixings provided: K Cups, ground Starbucks coffee, sugar, artificial sweeteners, creamer pods, and plenty of coffee mugs for the whole crew.

This is a very family friendly home as well. Guests with small children can rest easily knowing that all water features are behind a fence. We provide a Pack N Play with bedding, a high chair, and a few other extras to make it easier to travel with little ones!

The Fine Print:
Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.

Video disclosure: There are 3 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security to protect our guests. One camera is located outside the front door, another overlooks the driveway, and one looks over the garbage bins on the side of the house. All look out over public places.

*Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $200 per day for the duration of your stay. Because of the massive size of this pool, it takes 2 heaters to heat this pool. The heating fee just covers the extra utilities required to heat the pool. The heat fee is charged separately after your booking is secured and must be paid in full prior to check-in.
There is no extra charge for heating the hot tub.

**Water Slide: We want all of our guests to enjoy the waterslide safely! This waterslide is suitable for ages 8+ who are strong swimmers. Before guests are given access to this feature, a signed waiver needs to be on file with the host. Waivers are available once you get to the property. Please note that this property is in the desert, and directly across the street from raw desert land. We go to great lengths to treat the property to prevent little critters from bothering guests, but we cannot control nature nor the local wildlife 100% of the time. There are reports of bees in the area from time to time, and scorpions are native to this land as well. The property is treated by pest control every month, and we provide bug spray for guests.
