The place was very spacious and clean. The public amenities were very nice. However, there were many random big and small dolls, which were a little creepy. But besides that really we enjoyed our stay and it was very easy to get in and out of the villa.

The Loft matched the description, was clean and spacious, and had great views for sunrise/sunset. It was a nice placed for my husband and I to stay with our 5 month old, especially being within close proximity to Pinnacle Peak and less than a 2 hour drive to Sedona for hiking.

Troon Loft was quiet, spacious, beautifully appointed, clean and had every amenity we desired. We saw the sun rise through the kitchen window and enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. We’d love to stay here again!

The property was just as beautiful as the pictures. The loft offered great views from every window. My wife and I had a marvelous time staying in the Casita Loft at Parsons Villas. The loft was just right for the two of us and afforded wonderful views of the pool area and Scottsdale sunsets. Pool and hot tub were great fun as was getting to know the horses at the neighboring ranch. Conveniently located to trails, restaurants and other activities we throughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend the property to others contemplating a visit to the north Scottsdale area.

#### Wonderful and peaceful
We're local to the area but wanted a kid free getaway over the holidays. This was perfect. It was quiet, comfortable, and had beautiful views all around. We also brought our mountain bikes to ride at the nearby preserve. GREAT trails! I didn't want to leave.

#### Spacious with amazing views
Loved the generous size of the studio and the ample windows to let in light and desert views over the pool and from every room. Power blinds would be an incredible upgrade. Can’t wait to book again soon!

#### Exactly as Described
Great, private location north of Scottsdale. Located in the middle of horse ranches, providing a serene environment. Clean and well equipped, from the kitchen to the pool. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.

#### Relaxing Property
The property is lovely. The pool was clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay as it was relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle. We will return!
