Our first one has has been awarded Premier Status just around the corner on Raintree Drive in the McDowell Mountain Ranch neighborhood of North Scottsdale. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Updated kitchen with new furniture, Linens, TV,S (65" and 60 ") full cable and WiFi. The view from the beautiful back yard is unobstructed of the McDowell Mountain Range with no neighbors in view. Since the house has just been listed and does not yet have reviews please check the reviews on our 1st vacation home which is literally in the same neighborhood VRBO 1498666\. around the corner. As you will see from the Pictures the yard has a pool and a new 3 hole putting green with putters included. The back patio also has a built in BBQ for your enjoyment. We are located less than 1 mile from the Phil Michelson owned McDowell Mountain golf club, two recreation centers in the community both having year round heated pools, tennis courts,basketball and Pickle ball courts with free access for our guests. Down the road we also have the Scottsdale Aquatic center, which can be used for a nominal fee. In addition we also have the Arabian Library next door. McDowell Mountain Ranch is situated in North Scottsdale , Home of the Waste Management TPC Golf Tournament less than 7 miles from the house and also the World Famous WestWorld home of the Barrett Jackson car auction and the Arabian Horse show among other great shows and exhibitions. Scottsdale boasts about 23 golf courses . The abundance of restaurants including Maestros, Fleming s , Eddie V, Capitol Grill, Maggiano's, Cheese Cake Factory, Preston' s and many more make this part of Scottsdale is a very popular vacation destination both in the summer and winter months. By the way remember in the summer its a dry heat. The home was well-equipped with everything you could need for a long stay, and the setup made living there comfortable and easy. It’s a wonderful space in a fantastic area.Unfortunately, the experience was impacted by the host’s behavior. Throughout my stay, there were multiple unscheduled visits from the owner, including unexpected appearances at the front door and in the backyard. On a few occasions, we noticed someone walking around the property, looking in windows, or sitting in a truck outside—raising real concerns about privacy. The owner also requested in-person meetings and seemed to rely on a neighbor to monitor activity and report back to him, which led to more intrusive communication.While the home itself is outstanding, the lack of privacy and repeated, unannounced visits ultimately made the stay uncomfortable. For that reason, I wouldn’t return—but if you're looking for a beautiful home and don’t mind close oversight from the host, it may still be a great option. ##### Lindsay T. We used the playpen and high chair for our Grandson, very handy. Brand new fridge. Dishwasher is original and should be replaced. Outside stacking chairs are not the most comfortable. There is a nice, new refrigerator. Unfortunately, there were issues we encountered. In one of the bedrooms the sheets had holes in them and a pillow had unappealing stains. Each of the three bedrooms had only one nightstand, which would be difficult if more than one person was in the room. In the primary bedroom the mattress was very high and it was difficult to get in and out of the bed. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has a shower that is very small. There are no drawers in the vanity and the toilet is very low, which could pose problems for anyone with balance problems. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination and we found the faucet difficult to use and control temperature. There is no counter space in this bathroom. Neither bathroom had slip resistant rugs so we purchased them to avoid falling.. The dining room chairs needed to be cleaned and one of them has a hole in the seat. As I said, the owner is nice. I told him about these issues and he said he would be addressing them. Overall, I believe the house is overpriced for its’ condition. . ##### marcia r. The best part was the beautiful view of the mountains. The entire backyard space is very relaxing. We stayed for 3 months and spent most of our time outdoors in the pool, golf putting contests, and enjoying the hummingbirds and mountains. So private and serene. It does not reflect, however, that Phillip has stocked the refrigerator with all those things you wish you had but don’t want to spend money for your week stay. Did you need spices, they are in the cabinet over the stove. You brought your toddler, good because there are dishes, cups, and silverware for kids. The pool is great and a safety net surrounding it. Pool toys in the garage. The putting green is fun and equipped. There is a high chair and Pack & Play. TV in living room and master bedroom with many, many channels. A book that tells you all the things you need to know. The view in the back yard is a wash not your next door neighbor (backyard neighbor is about 100 yards away). Neighborhood is was very quiet. I told him I was packing and needed to determine if he had a Keurig. He said pack your cartridges and he go out and buy one. He then sent me a text to inform me it was handed. That’s just a small example for his guests concerns. This property is set up perfectly. Updated fully stocked kitchen. There was a 12 pack of beer in the fridge and much more. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a nice place to stay. The putting green, swimming pool, fire pit and BBQ are nice for outdoor living. The community park is great for everyone.
