We\`re excited to host you. Our condo is 1002 Sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + private patio to relax on. We are able to accommodate 4 guests. Pet friendly for an additional pet fee of $100! \*Please do not try to hide the fact of bringing a pet. This impacts our cleaning protocol and we will need to pay our cleaner an additional fee for extra cleaning. We would much rather you be honest and upfront than find out from our cleaner or see on our ring camera later. \*Master Bedroom 1 & En-suite : A king-size bed with a pop of color lies center of the room. Comfort meets fun style with earth tone elements in this room. There’s a large walk in closet in this room. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night\`s sleep. A 30\` ROKU TV is in this bedroom. Next to the walk in closet is the en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, this bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink. There’s also a blow dryer in the bathroom. \*Bedroom 2 : A queen-sized bed lies at the center of this bedroom room. More grounded earth elements are featured in this room. There’s a large closet for your clothing. Aroma therapy is also provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night\`s sleep. A 30\` ROKU TV is in this bedroom where you can watch your favorite TV or movie streaming apps. \*Bathroom : In the hallway, you will find a full bathroom with a shower, sink area, and a toilet, there’s also a blow dryer in this bathroom. . The bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows. Bathrooms are complete with 1 shower towel per guest, 1 hand towel, and 1 black face towel per guest. For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided. The pictures online accurately reflected the condo. The location was great to shopping, TPC Phoenix Open, several golf courses, and a great spot to hike daily in Papago Park. There were not a lot of restaurants nearby other than fast food restaurants. We walked to Old Town Scottsdale several times to eat which was about a 25 minute walk, but very easy to get to. Old Town Scottsdale has plenty of free parking so you could easily drive and find MANY restaurants to eat at. Definitely would recommend the Rusty Spur for a drink in the afternoon as you can enjoy live music everyday of the week. Communication with the owner was always quick and helpful. There is only dinnerware for eight people, including silverware. And there is no storage containers for leftovers, so just plan on bringing your own if you feel you need it. But overall, this was a great place and I would definitely recommend to future travelers!!! ##### Lynn B. It was very clean & in a quiet complex.Not too far from Old Scottsdale, we walked there a few times. I felt perfectly safe walking our dog (a13lb ShihTzu) in the neighborhood.So many great places nearby to eat & shop. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy & the bathrooms nicely updated. We really liked that there’s a washer/dryer and a dedicated parking place. We've rented vacation homes/condos before but none were as stocked with essentials as this one. Coffee/teas, bath and body products, laundry and kitchen products were at our disposal. This 2 br, 2 bath unit was clean and fresh. It is situated at the back of the building so we didnt hear much street traffic. The pool area was nice with plenty of chairs. While it's not located in Old Towne Scottsdale, it's a short ride or a 35 min walk. It's about 12 miles from the Phoenix airport, which was very convenient. The owners were very responsive and a delight to rent from. ##### Donna H. That worked out very well. The condo itself is nice; clean and quiet with convenient reserved parking. I was disappointed that it suggested an Old Town Scottsdale location in the title so my expectation was that I would walk out the front door and be in Old Town. That is not the case; it is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute drive to OT. Also, there are 15 stairs to climb which could be an issue for some. Lastly, the beds are quite firm which we personally found uncomfortable. Marissa was very responsive to my questions and overall we had a good stay. ##### Connie M. Nice, clean, comfortable for myself and a friend. Host is great and easy to work with. The inside of the condo is comfortable and spacious. The host offers everything that you need. I stayed with a co-worker and felt that we had more than enough personal space. The location is very good with plenty of restaurants close by. The pictures and description of the property were very accurate and the owners were very helpful and answered any questions quickly.
