The Purple Palm is Located Just 1.6 Miles from the Hottest Night Life in the Southwest: The Entertainment District of Old Town Scottsdale. All of the Best Night Life, Dinning, & Shopping of Scottsdale are less than 2 Miles away.

Solid place for a group of friends to hang out for the weekend. Back yard looks a lot bigger in the pictures so it’s not as big as I thought. Still, pool was nice and the tvs with youtubeTV were nice to watch sports. Thanks for the stay.

#### Golden Birthday 

Twins birthday celebration with friends was amazing. This house was the perfect place as it has everything and the best location near old town Scottsdale. Absolutely loved it.

This is a great house for large groups or families. Lots of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean inside and out. The host was amazing very responsive and helped with any requests we needed. I would definitely rent this property again when I come back. Great location and value for the money too The kitchen had all we needed as did the bathrooms including soaps shampoos shower soaps etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The check in process was easy, the house itself is super cute and the backyard was great for our pool day! The house is only 5 mins from all of the bars and clubs so getting Ubers/Lyfts was easy too. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

We loved this property. We stayed for a bachelorette party. The pool was great and private with plenty of space for 13 people. The outdoor grill and dining area offered a cooled off escape. The house slept all 13 comfortably. The property owner was available when needed. We loved it !

The house was even better than the listing! The owner was super responsive and communicative. The backyard is an oasis and super private. Highly recommend staying here! We came for a bachelorette party for my friend and she had the best weekend.

We did a little staycation for my sister’s bachelorette and used as home base. Great space with rooms and bathrooms. Backyard is awesome with the pool and bbq / table area. Quiet neighborhood.

#### Great place for my bachelorette weekend!

The house was very well stocked, two rooms with bunks, extremely clean, great gathering area at the kitchen and table, kitchen has great countertop for entertaining, cooler on the patio but bring lots of ice, covered area on the pool, four pool loungers. Beds and bedding were very comfortable, tons of towels, double washer dryer with soap, plenty of cups, and dishes. Shampoo and conditioner were both available. Overall - great place for my Bach weekend and everyone loved it!

Our stay was great. The home was as advertised with everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and the check in/check out process was seamless. The location of the home was perfect for all of our weekend activities and the pool was great.

Overall good stay. Beds comfortable. A/C kept us cool. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Owner/manager responsive to email. Bees were very problematic around pergola and BBQ grill, especially in the late afternoon. Management attempted to fix on 2nd day of stay, however, bees only seemed to get worse. We could not use grill or pergola area. Only electric outlet in master bath not working. Could use more than 1 washcloth in home and some oven mitts in kitchen. Also, we found several pots/pans and utensils with baked-on food.

Perfect stay for a bachelorette trip! The backyard is really fun and has tons of games. It is clear a lot of bachelorette trips are here as there is a lot of “bride” paraphernalia left at the house (including balloon pumps). Really close to old town only a 10 minute Uber ride.
