Failure to adhere to these steps will mean you will delay the issuance of check-in instructions. ✹ A Booking Clean-Up form message will be sent with a link for the booking guest to update their information with us, such as sign the Rental Agreement, place the Security Deposit hold, and a space to be filled out with the names and ages of all other guests who will be staying at the property. ✹ A Security Deposit Hold of $300 will be placed on the lead guest’s credit card a minimum of 2 days before your arrival date. The hold will be released once the lead guest has checked out and we have confirmed that there was no damage to the property. ✹ Booking guest must be 25+ years old. ✹ Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. For your convenience, we have supplied child-sized life vests, pool noodles, and kickboards, which can be found in the deck box on the pool deck. The pool and/or spa can be heated for an additional daily fee of $90 (October-April) or $50 (May-September) ✹ Quiet hours operate between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors, you are a guest in their community. No loud music, please keep the music to a minimum level. ✹ No candles or open flames/fire inside or outside the house. No fireworks. ✹ There are 4 RING security cameras on-site; a RING doorbell and a RING camera at the front left corner, back right corner, and side of the house where the BBQ is located. These are necessary for the safety and security of our guests as well as the property. Cameras are not to be tampered with. ✹ No parties or events are permitted. ✹ No smoking/illegal drug use in the house or anywhere on the property. Vaping is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY. ✹ A maximum of 6 guests can be accommodated, including children. No extra guests. ✹ No illegal activity or weapons of any kind are permitted on the property. It was quick and easy to get to Mayo. The home was immaculate. Very clean, and everything was as described in the listing. Master bedroom had a beautiful view of the back yard and pool. To be able to come back from medical appointments and be able to get in the pool and sit in the sun was peaceful and healing. I also loved being able to pick the oranges and lemons from the trees. Yes, it’s more expensive than staying at a hotel, but it was just perfect for our family. Everything was comfortably furnished, the backyard was amazing, and the attention to detail was on point. The place is so well stocked that you don’t have to worry about the basics (we’ve stayed at places where we had to purchase our own garbage bags, salt, etc…). Our stay at this lovely home was excellent! The little details made this property the best vacation rental. We traveled to phoenix for my son's 14th birthday and brought two of his friends. The backyard and pool are perfect. The kitchen is extremely well stoked. The bathrooms also have spare tooth brushes and all the other things you may have forgotten or didnt know you needed. Liked having the Keurig coffee maker, 4 slot toaster and tea kettle. Washer and dryer were large and worked great. AC was very comfortable with ceiling fans which were nice. The beds were comfy and clean. We liked the big master bathroom with large walk in shower, separate toilet room and 2 sinks. Plenty of towels for both the bathrooms and the pool. Loved the layout and outside area was delightful. Pool and spa were super clean. Lemons and limes from the trees were nice for drinks. Neighborhood was VERY quiet which we liked. We absolutely LOVED our time at this house! The pool and landscaping were absolutely lovely. We went to Target and bought a couple of inflatables, and I floated around in the sun and shade of the palm trees every morning, doing crossword puzzles and listening to the birdsongs. True relaxation! On top of the stunning outdoor area with putting green, the house was everything we look for - clean and thoughtful! Black makeup towels, extras of absolutely everything you could think of, amply stocked kitchen with a few snacks, ice on demand, good cookware, we just can't say enough. Couch and beds were super comfy. Plenty of towels. Secure home / Safe neighborhood. Responsive management. This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Oraibi Oasis and it was just as great as we remembered! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there! Plenty of supplies, and everything is still so nice and very clean. It's easy to get around the Phoenix area since it's close to the highway, but you can't hear the road noise. It's a quiet neighborhood and such a peaceful backyard. That is our favorite! Beautiful pool and hot tub, which we had heated (needed in March!). Sitting in the hot tub daily/nightly is our favorite. Tara is so responsive and on top of things. And she treated us with a special dessert on our repeat stay - it was a nice personal touch and appreciated!
