Our property is located near I-17 and Carefree Highway, approximately 13mi to Lake Pleasant. Scottsdale and Talking Stick Resort and Casino are a short 30 minute drive for a fun Day trip with Family and Friends.. This location is in Tramonto (North Phoenix, AZ) has community Pools, Jacuzzi, Tennis Courts and more. Just a short Drive to the Anthem Outlets, The Shops at Deer Creek, and Desert Ridge all great places to visit while in North Phoenix. For those interested in seeing more of the Sonoran Desert, there's multiple Hiking and Biking trails all within a few minutes. Grocery stores as well are quite convenient within 2 minutes! The house has a heated pool, food ball table, seasonings and utensils for cooking, and a great floor plan for a family of 4\. You could easily put a family of 6 or even 8 in this property.
