I reached out explain I was traveling with my elderly mother and due to the flood watch and serve rain expected she didn’t feel safe. Went back and fourth with numerous emails. I asked if they could not give me a refund would they please give me a future credit. They said no refund no credit due to it being in time frame to my stay. We obviously could not go as I explained and I reached out once again and asked for atleast the refund for cleaning fee that was not used because I didn’t arrive and zero response. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend this rental to anyone. So many more units with owners who have empathy and care for others. ##### Stacy A. My grandson who is two got a couple of pen markings on the coffee table. Not a lot but the home owner and property manager decided they will charge my card, because they have all my information, 1600 dollars because they said they have to replace the whole table. They then charged me more money because the group was held up from checking in to the house because of the coffee table had a pen mark on it. There is now way that the damage they claimed happened cost them 1600 dollars. We will never stay with this company again. So be careful to stay with this company, if you get dirt on the floor you will get charged an astronomical amount of money for it. Absolutely ridiculous ##### Kara P.
