Nestled north of the city center of Phoenix and east of Glendale, this home is in the neighborhood of Alhambra. It is situated in a central valley area. It is also conveniently located at 25 minutes or less from virtually everything exciting in the Phoenix area!

The neighborhood and nearby area is most easily navigated via car. There are ride-sharing apps like Uber / Lyft in the area as well. Alhambra has numerous Valley Metro bus stops and various light rail stations. Commonly used stations are at 7th Avenue and Indian School and 7th Avenue and Camelback.

Fun Family House!

We visited Phoenix with 8 family members who all stayed in the home. The home was really clean, well stocked and had so much to do! We spent a lot of time in the backyard, it’s a great hangout spot for all ages! The bedrooms all had bathrooms and were well appointed. The home is very spacious, great for a large group. We appreciated the gym (so nice!) and double laundry. There were lots of towels, blankets and pillows available for use. The pool guy came to service and someone put out the trash bins for us. The neighborhood was really quiet and nice to walk around. A few cons…Communication prior to stay with management was lacking. I signed the rental agreement the day before (it wasn’t sent to me until then). Once I received lock box instructions and accessed the home I had to request information regarding the home. No binder, WiFi info or anything was left. They responded quickly with a link to most of the home info. The whole thing felt a bit unorganized. We still couldn’t figure out a few of the quirks of various items (fire pit, misters…). The instructions ask that the temp not be set under 72 in the home. In the Arizona heat it was difficult to keep everyone comfortable at that temp. There are no shades on the upper windows and the AC ran all afternoon (very loud intake vent). The unit struggled to even keep that temperature, especially at night. One room was freezing while others were warm/stagnant. Maybe some adjustments needed? Or provide more fans. Thank you!

This property was perfect for a large family with kids. It was fully stocked and very clean. Communication was a little rocky as we did not receive any of the automated emails we were suppose to receive but the property manager was very helpful. I would highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a fun place to stay while in the phoenix area.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is fabulous and was very relaxing! There were some technical issues in the beginning but once addressed it was smooth! Plenty of pool towels. Loved the gym. The pickleball racquets were all broken with the exception of a set we found inside. The pool could have used some floats. Loved that they had an air fryer. They didn’t have simple things like a can opener or a hand mixer. Would love to come back and stay again!

Great place for a group - would re-book

Great area and value for family or bigger group just right outside of the more desirable neighborhoods. We traveled with kids and barely left. Property management was very communicative throughout our entire stay. Home was overall pretty clean. The floors were a bit dirty upon arrival, but someone came the next morning to mop the floors. Outdoor toys could be replaced as pickle ball paddles were falling apart and basketballs were all flat. Area is in an older neighborhood that seems to be upcoming. Enjoyed have a gym on property. There is baby equipment (high-chair, walker, etc). Walked in the mornings/afternoon and felt safe. Close to a big grocery store so that was very convenient. Would recommend and would re-book this property.

Laurel home

It was a Family get away with adult kids and grandson. We loved all the backyard amenities, pool, chipping greens, sport court and fire pit. Only draw back is the neighborhood is a little sketch.. saw some junkies near the supermarket and got yelled at by homeless person near the Target. But the home is really nice and the backyard has a high cement fence so no one can bother you when you’re there.

A Wonderful New Property

My wife and two girls (8,10) stayed in this property in April of 2023 for 8 days, and it was wonderful. It's a property that's been fully renovated with everything a family needs to disconnect, relax and have fun. The layout is great with multiple bedrooms and bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen has everything you can imagine. There are multiple new TVs inside and outside. The pool area is fantastic with a hot tub, outdoor grill, multiple sitting areas, putting greens and a basketball/pickle ball court! There is also a small gym in the garage with its own air conditioner which is perfect for my wife and I who are very active. We used it multiple times. The owners and property managers were very responsive to all our questions and made sure we had what we needed. I would highly recommend this property!
