Other Things to Note: This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels. A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Plenty of space inside and outside of the house. The kids spent most of time outside playing on the sports court and the heated pool. The turfed area with corn-hole and putting green was really nice as well. Location was great as well. Very close to grocery store, variety of restaurants and to hiking trails as well. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect to go on morning walks. Parking lot for monorail is not too far, if want to go Downtown to catch a Sun's game. My kids are excited to go back. The backyard was amazing and we would have enjoyed it more if the pool was actually heated. Stayed 4 nights and no heated pool, which was a huge disappointment as heated pool was a mandatory item when I booked. Neighborhood is mostly quiet (with some street noise in the front master at night). There is a large doggie door from the laundry room that shows as locked, but it actually isn’t which could be fixed for more security.
