The City of Scottsdale strictly enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times. For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry, used only to verify occupancy and for emergencies. Additional exterior cameras monitor the side yard access points.
