This completely remodeled home includes a kitchen with all your necessary utensils, cooking tools and appliances, as well as quartz countertops and desk area perfect for working. Living room, as well as bedrooms, all have Smart TV’s and the Dining Area has a huge dining table that seats 6-8 people and is perfect for playing cards, board games, and puzzles (all included at the house).When you aren't lounging in the living room watching the 65” TV, you will be relaxing or playing outdoor games in the amazing brand new resort style backyard featuring a swimming pool (not heated and not warm November thru April but perfect if you want to be a member of the polar bear club!) with diving board, oasis patio areas, a firepit & propane BBQ and artificial grass, perfect for Cornhole / Bags and other games (Cornhole Set and Soccer Net & Ball / Dartboard provided).

Location Location Location!
The property features a prime location being just minutes to the Biltmore resort and golf club, Biltmore Fashion Park, Movie Theaters, Great Restaurants and Bars and several Shopping Centers. The house is just under 10 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport and Downtown Phoenix, 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall, and you can easily drive to many of the great local golf courses and hiking trails.

Sleeping Areas & Living Room
There are 3 separate sleeping areas, each equipped with a fan to keep you extra cool during the summer, the home also has central heating and cooling (A/C):
- Primary Bedroom with Queen-size bed nightstands, and closet with dresser (Twin Air Mattress Available Upon Request at Time of Reservation)
- Guest bedroom with twin bunk bed over a full size bed with built in ladder to upper bunk. Twin size trundle bed can also be pulled out from underneath the lower bunk. Room has sliding door closet and a dresser. (Queen Air Mattress Available Upon Request at Time of Reservation)
- Queen memory foam mattress Sofa Sleeper in Living Room (very comfortable, not your grandma’s pullout couch, unless your grandma has an extremely comfortable pullout couch!)
The living room has a brand new 65” 4k LED Smart TV the that can also be angled towards the kitchen and dining area, the Guest Bedroom has a 40” LED Smart TV, and the Owners Suite has a 40” LED Smart TV. The Living Room TV has a Verizon Stream TV Box connected for you to use all the major streaming apps, in addition to the ones offered via the smart TV (if you use your personal login) as well as local TV channels. All other TV’s have either are “smart” and allow for you to use any streaming apps (using your personal login)

Dining Room & Kitchen
Dining area has a huge square dining table that has one bench and 6 chairs. This is a perfect gathering area for family and friends and is ideal for playing cards, board games, and puzzles (all included at the house).
The newly remodeled kitchen has all your standard appliances, utensils and cookware, as well as the following:

Completely remodeled large bathroom with a shower / bathtub combo and vanity with plenty of countertop space. Fully stocked laundry room with washer / dryer and iron. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, comforters, blankets, towels, hairdryer, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.

Backyard / Parking & Pets
Huge resort style back yard has over 600 Sq Ft of space for you and your group to relax in the pool, catch some sun, play lawn games or dine / play games at the many sitting areas. House has cornhole set, dartboard, pool rafts soccer net and diving toys. The patio door, with pet door (see below), has easy access to the laundry room. Entertaining backyard has 5 different seating / lounging areas, including 4 cushioned lounge chairs perfect for tanning. Patio dining table for 6, and bar top with barstools.
There is Private Driveway Parking that can fit up to 4 vehicles, and plenty of street parking as well (1 spot is covered).
***This home is equipped with a medium size pet door (Flap size is 7 wide x 11.25 inches high). Please let us know if you have pets upon booking, as dogs & cats only are welcome to stay here, but must be pre-approved. There is a pet fee of $50 per pet that covers your entire stay and includes access to a food / water pet bowls, a small pet cage and a pet fence that can be put up inside or outside. While you may be away from the house, please keep your pets in either the cage or fenced area. Prior to your stay, please provide your pet(s) (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at time of booking so we can ensure the pet door is unlocked, and the bowls, cage and fence are made available. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be assessed for pet messes left behind.

- Biltmore: 5-10 min. (Bars, Restaurants, Shopping):

- Old Town Scottsdale (Bars, Restaurants, Shopping): 10-15 min
-Westgate complex (shopping, restaurants, sports arenas): 30 min

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located less than 10 minutes from Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain for great local hikes for all skill levels.

Upon your visit, please refer to our in-house binder and chalkboard for many of the great sights, restaurants, bars, museums and activities that are close to the home.

Other things to note

*The house is non smoking, however smoking on the patio is permitted if all cigarette butts are appropriately disposed of. (additional cleaning fee may be assessed if not adhered to)
*There is one Queen sized and one Twin Sized Air Mattress and an air pump available, however these must be requested at the time of booking.
*Pool is not heated and is pretty chilly November thru April!
*Please clean up after your pets inside and outside (extra cleaning fee will apply if this is not adhered to)
*Two Cruiser Style Bikes are available, if you plan on using, please notify us before your stay so we can make them available. Bikes may not be available unless notified before your stay
*Please do your best to not disturb neighbors
*We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind although we will try our best to return them to you.
*Please keep track of all remote controls (TV’s, Fans, ETC) as there could be a fee for lost items
* The ring doorbell camera is for your security, please do no remove or obstruct the ring doorbell for any reason, as there could be a fine for doing so
*While we are excited to provide you with outdoor games, board games, puzzles, etc. If any games are damaged, missing pieces, or missing there will be a fee/fine assessed upon checkout
