Guest Identification

Valid ID is required for all guests staying at the property to ensure a safe and seamless experience for everyone.

Cleaning Policy for Long-Term Stays

For stays of 14+ nights:

• The first $250 cleaning is included (covers the first two weeks).

• Additional cleanings are required every 14 days ($250 each, invoiced via the Resolution Center).

For stays 30+ days, choose between:

• Bi-weekly cleanings at $250 each, OR

• A final deep-cleaning fee of $600 at the end of your stay.

Hot Tub Notes

A quick rinse before using the hot tub is appreciated. Full rules are listed under House Rules and help us maintain water cleanliness and safety.
