However, it is a vibrant community with a lot to offer visitors. The city is surrounded by mountains and forests, which offer opportunities for hiking, biking, fishing, and camping. There are also several wineries in the area, making Phoenix a popular destination for wine lovers. If you're looking for a small, charming city with a lot to offer, Phoenix, Oregon is a great place to visit or live. 3 Miles south of Medford and 7 Miles North of Ashland (Home of The Oregon Shakespeare Festival) off of Interstate 5\. Guests will have access to the entire house and surrounding yard. Washer and dryer located in laundry room inside of the house. 2 parking spaces in carport and driveway. This stylish and inviting home offers two queen-size Casper beds, full-length mirrors in each bedroom, and a beautifully remodeled bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub. The cozy living room includes plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV mounted above for relaxing nights in. Hardwood floors and an open-concept layout make the space both warm and functional—perfect for gathering with friends or family while cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. Step outside to enjoy a spacious backyard complete with a private hot tub, hammock, and propane fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. There's also a designated enclosed area just for pets, making it easy to bring your furry friend along. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, and covered parking in the carport for your convenience. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this home is thoughtfully equipped to help you feel right at home. Car recommended or Uber / Lyft We accept 1 pet for an additional $25 fee. No cats. Exterior security camera facing carport and down driveway. Driveway is long and narrow. Not suitable for large trailers unless you are comfortable backing up. Very comfortable, and the hot tub was a wonderful way to start my stay after a long drive. I did have a handful of minor issues with my stay though. None were show stoppers, and I would probably stay here again if they were addressed:1\. The lock was not programmed for my early arrival. I had to call the host company to have someone let me I. He said it hadn't been programmed for me at all he also said I couldn't leave for 15-20 minutes to make sure the code took and I could get in again. I would have expected a refund of the early check-in fee, but that was not offered.2\. There was a candy wrapper in the trash can in the kitchen. Not major, but not what I would expect if a place is fully cleaned.3\. Two of the towels in the bathroom were dirty or stained. Again, not major... I just moved into the third towel. 4\. The drip coffee maker didn't work. Luckily I found the teapot so did a pour over. I did LOVE having whole beans and a grinder though. Nice touch!!5\. Two of the coffee cups were on the shelf unwashed. There is honey or sugar in them. One was stuck to the shelf. Again, I want to stress that this is a decent property in a good location.
