The view from the patio was peaceful and yet great place to people watch as walkers, bikers, runners, and golfers carried on. The location was fantastic, 10 minutes to everything by car. If we had a bike we would have rode to many places via the green belt path. Master bedroom and bath were great and I loved the huge closet with lots and lots of hangers. Plenty of appliances for our needs in the way of cooking. Morning sun on the patio if you get up early, rest of the day & afternoon shaded. Pool was very close and nice size with plenty of chairs and hottub. Added feature is having washer/dryer available. Can't wait to come back! Communication with Phil was always a text away and he responded promptly. EASY PEASY check in by using the four digit code you give him. Easy to remember! Beautiful view of mountains and golf course. Séjour de 28 nuits en février 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Carl C. 20 févr. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Scottsdale 2022 My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at the condo as an escape from the harsh Kansas winter (we were originally going to have 4 but our daughter and her bf didn’t make it which allowed me the ability to use the second bathroom for toiletries, getting ready, etc. though the master bath has two sinks and is quite roomy). The condo is spacious, clean, and location was fantastic- true Scottsdale- with the online pictures being an exact representation of this homey but classy, southwestern style condo. We truly felt like it was ours. There is something special about this place I just can’t describe. We cooked a late morning breakfast each day after a long walk on the greenbelt and ate dinner out after our daily activities. Perfect scenario! We also enjoyed the nice smart TV’s in the living room/master bedroom for watching our favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu. Phil was quick to respond when I had a question at check-in and everything went smoothly. We had everything we needed and more. We have no complaints and highly recommend. ##### Carl C.
