Basic cooking utensils, cookware do not meet the needs of 12 people staying in home. We had already purchased plastic cups and paper plates to help, but it really is a necessity. Cooking with the very few pieces of cookware presented a challenge. Kitchen is large as described, but not nearly stocked enough. 2\. Communication with management company. The mgmt co responds, but does not resolve any problems. When I asked for someone to call me, they state they will, but they don’t. Ex: Friday: arrival day. Sat first bag of trash to cans and find 1 can full of trash bags, and the other one 1/2 full of yard waste. Since we were going to be in this home another 3 days before the stated trash day, I let the mgmt co know of the problem (via text). They texted they could send someone out to get some of the trash or we could just leave our trash in the garage. I was not going to leave bags of trash in the garage of this home in 100 degree heat for 3-4 days! I asked them to send someone out. Never happened. Sat 12:30 pool people show while my family was in it. Had to get out because chemicals/salt? Were added while we were in it. Owners manual states pool day is Thurs. No response from mgmt. Tues: Yard maint without notice & blocking driveway. Mgmt would not call me. Let host know: “Sorry. The house was everything it was claimed to be. Very comfortable, large spaces, especially the kitchen, which could handle many cooks at once. The back yard and pool were wonderful. The men of the group appreciated the lower lever games room after the ladies went to bed. All in all, a wonderful place and would love to stay again in the future. It is well-furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of seating, and the kitchen was fully supplied. The backyard/pool area is beautiful. However, we paid to have the pool heated, but it was not warm at all. The spa was great, though. Overall, our stay was a very pleasant experience. ##### Cyndee N. Yard lights weren't operating until our last night. Slide is old and hasnt had water running in years (dry rotted hose) and shrubs growing into the ladder. Owner is trying to charge me $500 because I didn't clean the kitchen. After over 2k in rent and fees. We had a cake, didnt throw all the trash out or wash the dishes, please... ##### john s.
