  • Our beautiful condo is on the ground floor, located in one of the nicest, well-cared for communities, which boasts 2 master suites. This split & spacious floor plan with over 1,100sqft is steps to one of the 2 sparkling heated pools with hot tub; Community features Ramadas, BBQs, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, beautiful clubhouse & putting greens.

    **WE HAVE ANOTHER IDENTICAL, GROUND-FLOOR UNIT (#758977), ACROSS FROM THIS ONE, IN THIS COMPLEX, THAT HAS MANY REVIEWS AND IS IDENTICAL TO THIS ONE **

    Bedrooms feature a King and Queen Bed, both with high-count SuPima cotton sheets, dressers & night tables, walk-in closets with an abundance of hangers and luggage racks. The en-suite baths feature soaking tub in shower & large rain shower head. Flat screen HDTVs in all rooms. Free Cable & WI-Fi. Sectional sofa in spacious living room. Kitchen boasts slab granite counters, all new Maytag appliances, full-sized washer and dryer & Keurig coffee machine with plenty of K-cups provided. Dining table is high top that seats 4 comfortably.

Holiday get away

We had the most wonderful time for Christmas in Scottsdale! The condo had everything we wanted and needed. They thought of everything / coffee pods / sunscreen/ towels for the pool/ shampoo-conditioner/ plenty of soap - we will be back!

This property was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Scottsdale. The location was central to restaurants, shopping and activities. The condo was clean and well appointed. Charles’ place was perfect! Great location, beautiful condition in a lovely community. The place was just as advertised. Within the complex, the condo is a 30 second walk to a beautiful pool and gym. Charles was always available and communicated great with us. Highly recommended for a stay in Scottsdale!

Charlie (host) was very helpful from booking online all the way through checkout when we left. The condo was exactly as described, and was well furnished. The location was central to all of our activities, yet remote enough to offer privacy. We will definitely return to this same unit if available next year.

Great Stay

Our overall impression was very positive. The condo was well stocked, very clean and perfect for our needs. We love the location and being on the first floor saved wear and tear on our knees. Charlie was responsive and a great host. We need to figure out how to stream Netflix and other services if we stay at this property in the future.

Scottsdale is a wonderful town, and this condo is in the perfect location for whatever you wanted to do whether it is hiking, shopping, dining, or just relaxing by the pool. Charlie is a top-rated host and is very helpful answering questions and offering suggestions. The condo was fully stocked with bottled water, Keurig coffee pods, toiletries, and laundry supplies. We will definitely be back.

Perfect stay

Did not come across one issue during our stay. It was very pleasant. Fridge was filled with waters, pantry had paper towels and plates foil etc. I was familiar with the area and wanted to stay in this area specifically and enjoyed every second of it. Right by shopping and restaurants I little noise coming from the upstairs unit but that's a given when being on the 1st floor which was needed. All and all very satisfied will definitely stay again.

Perfect Condo

This condo has everything you need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Love the hightop table & chairs. A refrigerator full of water bottles. A Keurig Coffee Maker & Pods. The only place we've rented with enough hangers. Also, very handy having a cooler. This condo is very conveniently located. We've been coming back for several years now.

Excellent Location

Excellent location close to all amenities and golf courses. Unit was well stocked with water and coffee and other staples to get you started. Only negative was the permanent resident in the unit above making noise ( foot steps, chair sliding across floor, and showering ) almost every night in the middle of the night. between 1:00 am and 3:30 am.

We love the location and Charlie the property owner is the best. The condo was well stocked with coffee pods and bottled water. We were struggling with apps for streaming and Charlie showed up immediately to resolve the issue. He has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. This is our second year in the same unit so that speaks volumes about our experience. Restaurants, Starbucks and grocery stores are within easy walking distance
